Flowers in a few strokes
Flowers and buds holds 15. A tulip drawn as a cup with three points and a daffodil trumpet facing you each take under a minute, and a vine of leaves climbing the margin frames a whole page.
Rain, puddles and cards
Rain and puddles holds 13, from a puddle with rings spreading to wellies with flowers growing out of them. For cards there are 13, such as HELLO SPRING with a flower as the O and a flower-shaped gift tag.
- Draw the stems first and the flowers last, so every head sits where its stem ends.
- Colour with two greens, one yellow and one pink. Spring pages go muddy past four colours.
Questions and answers
Why are there no Easter eggs here?
Easter has a list of its own. These stay with the season: buds, rain, lambs, bees and garden tools, so the page works from the first shoots to early summer.
What are some cute spring doodles?
Press once, then choose Cute in the list under the button for 17. A bumblebee with a round fuzzy body, a duck in a raincoat and a rain cloud with a smile are all round shapes with dot eyes.
Which spring doodles are easiest?
Easy holds 26. A row of seedlings in a straight line and an umbrella shaped like a scalloped bowl take a few lines each. Draw them in pen and keep them small.
