How this list was compiled: Original list written for Draw This Next on 2026-10-02: 112 small designs to draw on plain paper with a pen or pencil, in eight kinds (love tokens; suns, moons and swirls; flower and leaf motifs; filled shapes; letters and banners; badges and symbols; luck and wishes; music, cards and games), each with where to start and what repeats. Every design is an ornament, so none has a face. Each is also marked cute, cool, pretty, easy or small where that fits. No plain heart and no plain star is on the list. Which signs are counted as lucky (the four-leaf clover, the horseshoe, the wishbone, the ladybug, the numbers seven and eight, bamboo, fish, the swallow) was read on 2026-10-02 in the Wikipedia article List of lucky symbols (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_lucky_symbols, CC BY-SA 4.0); a hint says a sign is lucky only for those. No design repeats a title from another list on this site. Licence: own work
