Keep the archetype, reroll the lair. That is how a vague idea turns into a brief you can draw from. Some start from a kind of character: an animal in clothes, an anime lead, a fairy tale or Christmas figure, a stock type, a role-playing hero or a face for a portrait. Others deal a past: a funny one, a family's or a whole party's. Everything is text: no pictures are generated, and the words come from fixed lists written for each tool.
